I knew I would never be a fast runner, but I wanted to kick it up a notch when it came to muscle tone and abs. I cut out fried foods two years ago. That one change sparked a lot of other healthy changes in my diet. Strength training helped a lot too. I love the changes that you mentioned in your post...It is amazing how a few small changes can make such a powerful difference!
